What we're about
We are a small recording studio in South Portland Maine with a huge professional sound. Come record with us and get a professional demo or record for less money!

We also have several unusual instruments for you to use including Omnichord, Theremin and a vintage Hammond organ.
Not to mention our grand piano!
And of course, a well tuned drum kit, Gibson and Fender guitars, guitar amps, and a bass and bass amps. Everything you might need.
Services
Full Day
500$ gets you a full day of recording, from 9:30AM till 9:30PM. Many bands feel that that is enough to get a 4 song demo done (if you know your material well!)
Half Day
On Mondays and Tuesdays we offer half days, which run from 9:30AM till 2:30PM. This costs 250$.
Hourly
Our hourly rate is 75$ for shorter sessions than a half day.
Your Producer and Engineer
Meet Our Experts
Let Nessa do the work of setting up microphones, checking levels, mixing and mastering- so that you can focus on creating. Nessa has many years of experience recording and mixing music.
